To all intrepid airship engineers and steam-driven enthusiasts,
Prepare your goggles and fasten your corsets, for you are about to embark upon a grand escapade into the mesmerizing world of steampunk! Volunteers are the cogs, gears, and steam that drive our Steampunk Adventurers Weekend. All are united by a shared affection for the Victorian age intertwined with fantastical mechanical innovations.
Applicants must be a seasoned 17 years or older. This presents a splendid opportunity to accrue your Community Service Hours for high school or fulfill Service Hours for college institutions!
We are currently enlisting volunteers for the upcoming Florida Steampunk Adventurers Weekend! Ready your wrenches and gear up!
Future Festival Access: Volunteers will also receive two free one-day passes to next year’s festival event, ensuring they can enjoy the festival next or give tickets to someone who can.
Freebies: At the beginning of their shift, one-day volunteers will receive a festival T-shirt. At the end of their shift, they will receive one festival pin and their choice of either one festival mug or flask as a token of appreciation.
Sense of Contribution: Volunteers will feel a sense of accomplishment knowing they contributed to the success of the festival.
Community Engagement: They get to connect with their community and fellow volunteers, fostering a sense of belonging.
Experience: Volunteers can gain valuable event management experience in a short period, which may be useful for future opportunities.
Networking: There’s an opportunity to network with festival organizers, vendors, and fellow volunteers, potentially opening doors for future collaborations or employment.
